The Belgian guide raised our score to eighteen and named Noor Haddad sommelière of the year.
The inspectors described the room as “a cathedral for the senses,” which embarrassed Elias and delighted everyone else.
Noor’s award recognises a wine list built almost entirely on small growers, and a non-alcoholic pairing that the guide called the most ambitious in the country.
